To start with, we have a huge amount of feeds providers like restaurants, clubs, concerts, events, POI… (check the full list here). What makes Nowntown different from the rest is that all this information is combined and sorted by geographical, temporal and social distance, based on our “awesome” algorithm. Additionally, you can always choose what do you want to see.  This way, we show always at the top the most interesting stuff for you – the nearest, most recent and most popular events and locations in your area.

So, you can use Nowntown to browse upcoming concerts in your hometown. Or discover nice restaurants nearby. Or use it on your mobile and read a Wikipedia entry about that cool monument just in front of you. You can even use it as a social aggregator, showing in one list the activity of your friends from Facebook and Twitter. The possibilities and combinations are infinite!
